As of May 5, 2025 the Gloucester County Family and Community Center (Westville) will be operating by-appointment-only until further notice.

If you are in need of any assistance or would like to schedule an appointment, you may contact us at 856-845-9200. All calls will be returned within 3 business days, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm.

Please be aware that we are not emergency assistance and will not be able to assist in a time-sensitive, urgent situation.

SNAP (FOOD STAMPS) ENROLLMENT

We’re looking forward to the launch of the new Summer EBT program in New Jersey, which will help reduce child hunger by providing benefits to families with eligible school-age children for groceries. Children must be certified for federal free or reduced-price meals to qualify for Summer EBT. UTILITY AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE

Catholic Charities provides utilities and/or rental assistance to relieve a temporary financial crisis or to prevent homelessness. Contact us to see if funds are currently available and to schedule an appointment to determine eligibility.

VETERAN SERVICES

Assistance for veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Case management services, information and referrals. Call the representative for your county for information and to determine eligibility. Contact information by county available on the Veteran Services webpage.

 

PRISON MINISTRY

Prison ministry volunteers are needed to serve in area prisons and jails. Catholic Charities can provide resources and referral services to the recently released. Contact the Prison Ministry Coordinator for more details: 856-342-4106
