Volunteering with Catholic Charities of South Jersey

Catholic Charities of South Jersey relies on the generosity of volunteers to help us fulfill our mission of helping those in need.

Each year, hundreds of volunteers lend us their gifts of time, talent and resources to help us meet critical human service needs in the six southern counties of New Jersey (Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem). We work with volunteers to match their skills, talents and interests to one of the many areas of need in our communities.

Explore the various ways you can make a difference in someone’s life and perhaps even your own! All six of our Family and Community Centers are in need of caring, respectful volunteers to perform various tasks once a week for a three-hour shift, morning or afternoon. Most locations are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Please see the Locations page for county addresses and phone numbers.
